Terms & Conditions

There are simple terms and conditions with this offer. This is to make the offer fair for everyone. 

  1.  You must submit your signed application to us by 28 February 2015 and settle on your property by 30 June 2015.
  2. The offer applies to both new purchases and refinances, but to residential properties only.
  3. Minimum loan size must be $350,000, and each rebate is for one loan application only.
  4. The offer is additive to any other offer provided by your lender of choice such as lender fee waivers, rebates or discounts.
  5. The offer applies if you are an existing pre-approval or conditional approval. However, if your loan was formally approved before 13 January 2015, the offer does not apply.
  6. The loan must not be refinanced within a 2 year period after settlement.
  7. The rebate will be paid to you after SF Capital is paid by the lender for the successful settlement of your loan.
  8. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time, for example, in instances of fraud or dishonesty.
